The campaign widget isn’t showing on my product page
Three things to check: the campaign is launched (Apps → Fundcap → Campaigns → Launch, drafts don’t show), the “Fundcap Campaign” block is added to your product template (Online Store → Themes → Customize → your product template → Add block), and you’re looking at the campaign’s product. Can I run more than one campaign at a time?
Yes. Fundcap is a single $19/month flat plan with a 14-day free trial, and it runs as many campaigns at once as you like. You can build campaigns for free; taking one live starts your plan. Drafts are always free.
What happens if my campaign misses its goal?
You mark it failed and run the one-click bulk refund. Every backer order is refunded through Shopify and each buyer gets the refund email automatically, exactly what they were promised at checkout.
