About

Hi, I’m Kaze. I read support tickets for a living.

Then I built the app I kept wishing existed. Fundcap is a one-person company with a very short org chart: you talk to the person who wrote the code.

The short version

I have spent years in customer support, thousands of conversations deep. That job teaches you two things: people are mostly kind, and trust lives in the small stuff. The refund that just works. The price that does not wiggle. The reply that arrives the same day, written by someone who actually looked at your problem.

Meanwhile I kept watching small brands play inventory roulette. Order too much and the boxes stare at you for a year. Order too little and your best month dies at “sold out”. Kickstarter solved this long ago with all-or-nothing campaigns, but it keeps your audience, your emails, and a slice of your raise on the way out.

So I built the middle path. Fundcap runs the same honest mechanic, a goal, a deadline, and an automatic refund promise, right on your own store. Your brand, your buyers, your list. If the campaign misses, one click refunds every backer. If it hits, you produce exactly what you already sold.

It is a small app on purpose. Small means I can answer your email personally, ship fixes the same week, and keep the price flat instead of feeding a sales team.

Three things I believe

Flat pricing is a feature

Percentage fees punish your best month. $19 is $19 whether you raise $500 or $50,000. Your upside belongs to you, and knowing your costs in advance is half the point of running a campaign.

Support is the product

Most software treats support as a cost center. I treat it as the craft I come from. Every message lands in my inbox, not a queue, and the person answering can also fix the code the same day.

Honesty converts

Your buyers see the refund promise before they pay, because scared buyers do not back. Clear promises, kept automatically, sell better than fine print ever will.

Say hi
